What IF...? CONDITIONALS

We often use the conditional and we do it when we SPECULATE about the present moment, the future or the past. That means that we IMAGINE, DREAM that things are/were different than they are/were!!!!

FIRST CONDITIONAL - we want things to be different in the PRESENT moment - It is POSSIBLE! -
ex- If I study a lot, I will pass my exams (you can do it, it is possible!!!!)

2nd CONDITIONAL - we want things to be different but we are not sure if we want to take the effort. We dream a bit. It is a little bit more difficult but it is still possible!
ex- If I studied a lot, I would pass the exam (Am I going to try?, you still have time, it depends on you!!!!)

3rd CONDITIONAL - we want to change the PAST but it is IMPOSSIBLE because we can't recuperate that moment or situation
ex - If I had studied a lot, I would have passed my exams (you are in August and you failed and you can't change the past)
